Rodney Graham’s series of “Rock Paintings”, is a combination painting and collage using 1980s material from Circus Magazine, which at that time specialized in Hair Metal. Shown at Galerie Rüdiger Schöttle in Munich Nov 2017 – Feb 2018.

These ten works on canvas are softly floated in minimal tray frames and water gilded with 23k gold leaf on black clay.
